Its dial enables readings of home time and the hour in a second time zone at a single glance. The second time zone can be set with pushbutton convenience. For this purpose, the watch features a rotating city ring with 24 time zones. Luminous hands and appliques in rhodium gold in a white gold case with a diameter of 41.9 millimetres assure perfect legibility of the time. The manufacture calibre, consummately decorated and assembled by hand, has a power reserve of up to three days.
An alternative to the LANGE 1 TIME ZONE is offered by the SAXONIA DUAL TIME which can be conveniently set by means of two push pieces: When changing from one time zone to another the golden hour hand for the local time can be switched forward or backward in one-hour increments. The progression of the minute hand is not affected by this operation. A second hour hand in blued steel permanently keeps track of the time at home. A 24-hour display with day-and-night indication, which is synchronised with the home time, always tells whether it is day or night at home. The elegant white gold case has a diameter of 40 millimetres. Fully wound the watch has a power reserve of 72 hours, as well.
