BALL Watch Company is proud to be sharing in the Grand Central Terminal's 2013 Centennial celebration and was honored to produce an exclusive, limited edition timepiece that encapsulates their extensive, shared railroad connection. Joining in the 100 Year Centennial Celebration with the Grand Central Terminal, BALL Watch designed a beautiful and commemorative timepiece within its Engineer Master II Collection.
BALL's latest timepiece is housed in a 44mm stainless steel case, and blends sophistication and technology and features an automatic caliber BALL 651 movement. It is available on a stainless steel bracelet or calf leather strap with a pin buckle. For easy readability at night, or while underground in the terminal, this watch features 15 self-powered, micro gas tubes on the dial and hands.
The crowning technical touch in this watch utilizes a second time zone feature, however in place of Greenwich Mean Time, this watch will feature Grand Central Terminal time, providing its owner with a constant tribute to the Grand Central Terminal no matter where they're at in the world. The connection and union between BALL and the Grand Central Terminal can also be seen on the dial of the watch with a GCT logo situated next to the BALL logo.
As a final attribute to the connection with the Grand Central Terminal, the famous Tiffany clock is graciously displayed on the case back. Distinguish by its fine materials, precision, quality and shared railroad history, this timepiece is limited to 999 pieces and serves as a remembrance of the 200 year shared railroad history between the BALL Watch Company and the Grand Central Terminal.
