We are delighted to announce that Christophe Claret timepieces will now be available for sale in Taiwan from leading Asian distributor Swiss Prestige. To celebrate the occasion, Mr Christophe Claret himself will be visiting the capital city, Taipei, from Monday 3rd to Friday 7th of September for what will be the official launch of Manufacture Claret in Asia.
Manufacture Claret was founded by Christophe Claret in 1989 and has since become a benchmark in the field of grand complication movements. While creating these exceptional complications for the most prestigious Swiss brands, Christophe Claret also began developing commissioned timepieces bearing his own signature.
This activity was eventually extended to a wider audience in 2009 when Christophe Claret launched the DualTow to celebrate the Manufacture's 20th birthday. This first piece has led to further acclaimed creations including Adagio, 21 Blackjack and Baccara.
It is appropriate, then, that the rise of new Christophe Claret distribution partner Swiss Prestige has somewhat mirrored that of the Manufacture Swiss Prestige was established in 1988 by Emil Klingelfuss to represent exclusive Swiss watchmaking brands in Asia.
Since then Swiss Prestige has grown across the Asian and Pacific region and is today one of the leading distributors of fine Swiss timepieces, serving Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand and Australia.
