Friends of Jaeger-LeCoultre graced the Red Carpet on their way to greet Jerome Lambert, Jaeger-LeCoultre CEO: actress Catherine Deneuve, Freida Pinto, Clive Owen, Chinese actress Zhao Wei, Tan Zhuo, Italian actress Cristiana Capotondi, French actress Elodie Young, Russian actress Ksenia Alferova polo player Jaeger-LeCoultre ambassador Eduardo Novillo Astrada and photographer Astrid Munoz, marchioness Clare Milford Haven, Luke Tomlinson.

The Biennale, a famous location in the cinema world, with its architecture and décor reflecting the very best of Venetian style with spectacular chandeliers made of Murano glass, became a showcase to discover the finest creations highlighting the multiple talents of Jaeger-LeCoultre watchmaking artisans.
A cocktail on the terrace overlooking the city of Venice, with its mythical gondolas slowly passing by, offered an enchanting setting to start the journey into the world of High Watchmaking. The artisans of the Manufacture became the “stars” as camera lights were turned to bring their skills into focus during the night: enamelling, gem-setting and engraving, skilfully mastered to create the rarest creations on show.
The guests entered into a spacious room decorated with Venetian flower motifs and chosen to reveal the newest ladies' timepieces by the Grande Maison: the Rendez-Vous. Admirably reflecting its ambassadress Diane Kruger, the Rendez-Vous line embodies a free-spirited and spontaneous personality that constantly reinvents itself in order to spring new surprises.
The film “Time is Feminine” by Jaeger-LeCoultre was projected onto the walls and a ray of light illuminated a glass sculpture representing a flower that slowly blossomed to the enchanting sounds of the harp. The rose opened to reveal three masterful interpretations of time from Jaeger-LeCoultre Rendez-Vous High Jewellery Collection with a rose blossoming on their dials. Radiating a fascinatingly realistic elegance, the queen of flowers spreads gracefully, each time presenting itself in a new light. A rose in the natural mother-of-pearl in fresh light shades on the dial of Rendez-Vous Wild Rose, a rose with softly graded shades of opaque and translucent enamels wed with a tourbillon mechanism on the dial of Rendez-Vous Tourbillon Enamel, and a rose spectacularly paved with diamonds and rubies using the snow-setting technique for the dial of the Rendez-Vous Art. And to lend an additional touch of charm, a watchmaker placed the timepieces on the wrists of three beautiful models who presented the creations to the guests.
After the dinner the guests enjoyed the view over a Venice laguna admiring an exhibition of the whole Rendez-Vous collection, created thanks to the expertise of exceptional artists and celebrating an alliance between beauty and precision.
