Longines has been involved with the timekeeping of sport for over 125 years
Longines is now the "Official Timekeeper" of prestigious Ascot Racecourse. All Ascot flat races, including those at the renowned Royal Meeting in June, will be timed by Longines, with the Longines logo appearing alongside the time of each event on both the BBC and At The Races screens. Furthermore, Longines clocks will be placed around the race course which was re-opened last year following a magnificent redevelopment.
Longines has been involved with the timekeeping of sport for over 125 years, and is already official timekeeper at a number of other equestrian events around the world. The new partnership with Ascot is particularly timely, as this year Longines is celebrating 175 years of elegant watch making, as well as the launch of its first dedicated Sport Collection of watches.
The association with Ascot will also include involvement in the new Royal Ascot Fashion Show which will take place during the Royal Meeting in June. Models taking part in the show will be modelling Longines' elegant watch designs in front of very stylish audiences.
